Position: Site Manager
LPC & OGB is looking for an experienced Site Manager who is hands-on, capable of leading site execution, and managing construction projects, including buildings, resorts, and villas.
Placement: South Lombok, NTB (Nusa Tenggara Barat)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish
Supervise and coordinate foremen, workers, and subcontractors
Monitor and control daily and weekly project progress
Ensure quality of work, particularly finishing and architectural details
Coordinate with engineering, MEP, and management teams
Resolve technical and operational issues on site
Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent vocational experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction projects (experience with villas or resorts is a plus)
Strong in site execution and team coordination
Experienced in managing foremen and workers
Able to read drawings and understand construction methods
Firm, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
