Requirements
Valid lifeguard certification and training (preferred)
Previous experience as a lifeguard is a plus
Good observation and quick decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and act effectively in emergencies
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
Responsibilities
Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety
Enforce safety rules and regulations
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and accidents
Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool area and equipment
Conduct regular safety checks of facilities and report hazards
Educate guests about safety procedures and guidelines
