Position: Head Chef
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong culinary leadership and full kitchen ownership
Demonstrate expertise in seafood and fish preparation
Lead menu creation and seasonal development
Manage product sourcing and supplier relationships
Oversee kitchen operations and workflow efficiency
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Control food costs and minimize waste
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
Conduct team training and skill development
Collaborate closely with hotel management and the front-of-house team
Requirements:
Willing to be based in Kuta, Lombok
Fluent in English
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef
Strong expertise in seafood and fish preparation
