Junior Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Site Supervisor or Project Manager in organizing and overseeing site operations.

Monitor work progress and report delays or issues to management.

Assist in setting out construction lines, levels, and grid references based on engineering drawings to guide construction activities.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Monitor material usage to stay within budget and reduce wastage.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.

High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
