Location: Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required.
Advanced education or HR certifications are considered an advantage.
Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Prior experience in the hospitality or asset management industry is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
Proficiency in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and workforce planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage performance management systems and employee development programs.
Familiarity with HR systems, recruitment platforms, and HR data reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
