Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the daily housekeeping operations across all rooms and Spa.
Coordinate closely with Front Office to manage room readiness and guest check-ins and outs.
Train and delegate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, hygiene and management of inventory.
Implement and enforce SOPs for cleaning, sanitation, and organization
Ensure proper handling, washing, and storage of linens and cleaning materials
Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly.
Lead by example with discipline, accountability, and professionalism
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or senior role in hospitality.
High level of attention to detail, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills, ability to coordinate between departments and team. management.
