Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression.
Escort guests to their tables and explain the menu.
Inform guests about special offers, promotions, or packages.
Sales experience or upselling skills are preferred.
Monitor guest areas and ensure a smooth service flow.
Proficient in MS Office and reservation systems.
Requirements
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong ownership and service mindset.
Strong communication in English and good sales skills.
Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support restaurant operations.
