FRONT OFFICE
WE ARE HIRING EXPERIENCED FRONT OFFICE STAFF, TO JOIN OUR RESORT TEAM ON GILI TRAWANGAN.
YOUR ROLE:
- Handle guest check-in/check-out
- Manage bookings via Little Hotelier and OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
- Communicate with guests via WhatsApp and email
- Use Google Drive / Google Sheets for reports and coordination
- Process payments and sales through our POS system
- Keep operations running smoothly with great organization and attention to detail
REQUIREMENTS
STRONG ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS (SPOKEN & WRITTEN)
FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND CONFIDENT WITH GUESTS
DETAIL-ORIENTED AND ORGANIZED UNDER PRESSURE
BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS (LITTLE HOTELIER, GOOGLE WORKSPACE)
PREVIOUS FRONT OFFICE OR HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
