FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
Uryah Hotel Lombok is a boutique hotel with 25 rooms and i restaurant outlet located in Selong Belanak. We are seeking a qualified, dynamic, and service-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations
Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained
Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth daily operations
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards
Assist in training and motivating team members
Handle guest feedback professionally
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within hospitality industry
Strong understanding of daily Food & Beverage department operations
Good leadership and team supervision skills
Hands-on knowledge of service standards and guest satisfaction
Able to manage daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and service flow
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Positive attitude, energetic, and well groomed
Placement: Selong Belanak Area, Lombok
