General Requirements:

Minimum SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage

Fluent in both written and spoken English

Friendly, customer-oriented, and positive attitude

Well-groomed, honest, and disciplined

Able to work in a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

VHP system knowledge is required for FO Supervisor, Guest Service Agent, and Guest Relation Officer positions
