PT Zentide Bioteknologi Global is expanding, and we are looking for a highly capable and independent Finance & Accounting Specialist to take full charge of our financial operations!

Are you a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment? In this unique role, you will be the backbone of our financial health. You will run the department with full autonomy while directly leading and mentoring a dedicated support team of two interns (1 Finance Intern and 1 Accounting Intern). If you love building systems from the ground up and have strong leadership skills, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and handle periodic tax reporting.

Lead, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor the Finance and Accounting interns to ensure smooth daily operations.

Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the finance and accounting department.

Provide strategic financial insights to the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience handling full-cycle accounting and finance.

Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and local tax laws (Brevet A & B certification is a strong plus).

Proficiency in modern accounting software (example: Accurate, Xero, Jurnal) and advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Google Workspace)

Proven ability to work independently as a single contributor while effectively managing a small team.

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.

Based in or willing to relocate to Mataram, Lombok.

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
