About the role

PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi is seeking an experienced Exploration Geologist to support our gold exploration project located in Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara. This role will be responsible for conducting geological mapping, supervising drilling activities, and analysing exploration data to support the identification and evaluation of gold mineralisation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct geological mapping, sampling, and field data collection for exploration activities

Supervise drilling operations, including rig setup, core logging, sampling, and QA/QC procedures

Interpret and integrate geological, geochemical, and drilling data from mapping and drilling programs

Assist in developing geological models and exploration targets

Prepare geological reports, maps, and exploration updates

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Geology

Minimum 3 years of experience in mineral exploration, preferably in gold projects

Experience in geological mapping, sampling, and exploration field activities

Proficient in GIS software (ArcGIS/QGIS); experience with 3D modelling software (Leapfrog, Surpac, Micromine, or similar) is an advantage

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Willingness to work in a remote location and adapt to challenging field conditions
