MEP ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems throughout the property. Conduct routine inspections of all systems.
Implement and monitor maintenance reports and routine maintenance schedules.
Monitor and maintain sauna and pool systems, including filtration, heating, pumps, and water quality. Relevant knowledge is required.
Service and maintain air conditioning units and ventilation systems.
Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance across the property.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests.
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Assist with the installation or upgrading of equipment when necessary.
Job Type: Full Time
