🚀 DC Finance Controller

☀️ Job Responsibilities:

▶️ Supervise admin across 2–3 Distribution Centers (DC) and ensure compliance with SOP & SLA

▶️ Manage AR, collection, and overdue payments to achieve AR targets

▶️ Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in Odoo

▶️ Perform accurate bank reconciliation (by customer & invoice)

▶️ Manage DC cash flow

▶️ Develop monitoring dashboards for AR, Collection & Panjar

🌟 Requirements:

✅ Minimal Bachelor Accounting background preferred or related background

✅ Strong understanding of accounting principles

✅ Good analytical skills

✅ Strong leadership & compliance-oriented mindset

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Proficient in Odoo & spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets)
