Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities
Lead projects from design to handover, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
Manage teams, subcontractors, and consultants with clear communication.
Handle demanding clients with professionalism.
Oversee procurement, logistics, and risk management in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in luxury residential or resort projects.
Fluent in English: Indonesian a plus.
Strong leadership and client management skills.
Detail-oriented, hands-on, and calm under pressure.
Committed to exceptional quality and lasting results.
