A Construction Company in Lombok is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Civil Engineer & Supervisor (Full-time)
Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
Ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
Monitor progress and report updates to management.
Lead and guide workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Provide clear instructions and resolve operational issues promptly.
Foster teamwork and maintain a productive work environment.
Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections.
Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
Identify and address potential risks or delays.
Act as a liaison between project owners, engineers, and contractors.
Prepare daily or weekly progress reports.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements :
Proven experience in a construction/engineering role(minimum 3-5 years preferred).
Good written and verbal communication in English
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Formal degree not required; practical field experience is highly valued.
No previous Supervising experience needed
