Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen
Experience handling a specific kitchen section
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with good time management skills
Team player with basic leadership and communication skills
Preferably already residing in Lombok
