We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Assistant to help grow our community, partnerships, and business opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to increase memberships and user engagement.

Identify and build partnerships with local businesses, communities, and organizations.

Explore new business opportunities, collaborations, and events that align with Xeno’s brand.

Manage relationships with clients, members, and strategic partners.

Assist in developing sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Support marketing and event activities to strengthen brand awareness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.

Experience in fitness, hospitality, lifestyle, or coworking industry is a strong advantage.

Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

Fluent in English is preferred.

Based in Lombok or willing to relocate.
