BARISTA
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee with consistency and care.
Maintain high standards in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and presentation.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Follow opening and closing procedures for the coffee bar.
Requirements
Minimum one year of experience working as a barista in a café or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and milk steaming.
Passion for coffee quality and craftsmanship.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
