ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Uryah Hotel Lombok is a boutique hotel with 25 rooms and i restaurant outlet located in Selong Belanak. We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Assistant or Human Resources Manager to join our team.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Support and manage daily Human Resources department operations
Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee administration
Ensure compliance with labor law, company policies, and government regulations
Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes professionally
Maintain good communication with relevant government institutions and external authorities
Prepare HR reports, contracts, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation
Support performance management and employee development programs
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality industry
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR regulations
Experience in government relations and compliance matters
Good knowledge of daily HR department workflow
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Placement: Selong Belanak Area, Lombok
