ASST RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Overview:
Resposible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service and maintain the highest starıdards of hospitality. This role asisst in supervising the service team, maintaining service standards and ensuring smooth coordination between the restaurant and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilties:
Supervise restaurant staff and ensure high quality service standards are consistenly delivered
Support training, coaching and motivating the team to achieve excellent performance
Handle guest inquiris, feedback and complaints in a professional manner
Ensure cleanliness. hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in all restaurant area
Coordinate with kitchen or other dept to ensure smooth service operations
Monitor inventory equipment and operational needs within the restaurant
Assist in scheduling staff and managing manpower effectively
Qualification:
Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similiar position in hotel, resort or restaurant
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest satisfaction
Excellent leadership, communicartion and team managements skills
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and ensure service recovery
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Well groomed, service oriented and passionate about hospitality
Willing to be placed in Central Lombok
