About the role
Unreal Management is seeking an experienced Area FnB Coordinator to join our team in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in overseeing the food and beverage operations across our portfolio of hospitality properties in the region.
What you'll be doing
Manage and coordinate the food and beverage teams across multiple properties to ensure consistently high standards of service and product quality
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability within the FnB operations
Monitor budgets, costs and inventory to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
Collaborate with the culinary teams to create innovative seasonal menus and dining experiences for guests
Oversee staff training and development to build a talented and motivated FnB workforce
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
Liaise with hotel management and other departmental heads to align FnB operations with the overall business strategy
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior FnB management role, preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, budgeting and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
A creative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
