ACCOUNT PAYABLE & GENERAL CASHIER (APGC)
Job Overview:
The Account Payable & General Cashier is responsible for managing the company's financial obligations, ensuring accurate & timely processing of invoices, payments and daily cash transactions. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, internal control, supporting smooth operational cash flow.
Key Responsibilties:
Account Payable
Process & verify invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure all payments are supported by proper documentation & approval
Prepare payment vendor schedules (vendor, supplier, utilities, etc)
Reconcile vendor statements & resolve discrepancies
Maintain proper filing & documentation of all payable records
General Cashier
Handle daily cash transactions & maintain cash float
Prepare daily cash report and ensure balance with system records
Manage petty cash and ensure proper usage & documentation
Coordinate cash collection from all outlets/departments
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
Qualification:
Indonesian citizen (WNI)
Minimum 1-2 years experience in similiar role
Strong understanding of accounting principles & financial procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Accounting system
High level of integrity & Responsibility
Good communication & teamwork skills
