ACCOUNT PAYABLE & GENERAL CASHIER (APGC)
Job Overview:
The Account Payable & General Cashier is responsible for managing the company’s financial obligations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and daily cash transactions. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, strengthening internal control, and supporting smooth operational cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Payable
Process and verify invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure all payments are supported by proper documentation and approval
Prepare vendor payment schedules (vendors, suppliers, utilities, etc.)
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all payable records
General Cashier
Handle daily cash transactions and maintain cash float
Prepare daily cash reports and ensure balance with system records
Manage petty cash and ensure proper usage and documentation
Coordinate cash collection from all outlets and departments
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures
Qualifications:
Indonesian citizen (WNI)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
High level of integrity and responsibility
Good communication and teamwork skills
