Account Manager
All Area: DKI Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, Mataram, Makassar
Account Manager bertanggung jawab mengelola pelanggan existing sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan revenue melalui upselling, cross-selling, dan akuisisi pelanggan baru. Penetapan level jabatan (Associate Account Manager, Account Manager, dan Senior Account Manager) akan ditentukan berdasarkan hasil interview dan evaluasi kompetensi.
Job Description:
Achieve revenue and sales targets according to the assigned KPIs.
Perform upselling and cross-selling of ISP and corporate services.
Look for new business opportunities through networking, referrals, or tenders.
Prepare proposals and price quotations based on customer needs.
Negotiate contracts and ensure the deal process follows company regulations.
Maintain good relationships with corporate or enterprise clients.
Handle customer complaints or issue escalations by coordinating with the technical or operations team.
Create periodic sales reports and target achievement updates.
Monitor contract status, validity periods, and customer renewals.
Work with the technical team for site surveys, installations, and customer support.
Coordinate with the finance team regarding billing and collection.
Communicate customer needs and feedback to the product or engineering team.
Account Executive

Account Executive bertanggung jawab melakukan akuisisi pelanggan baru melalui aktivitas prospecting, presentasi solusi, dan penutupan penjualan. Penetapan level jabatan (Associate Account Executive dan Senior Account Executive) akan ditentukan berdasarkan hasil interview dan evaluasi kompetensi.
Job Description:
Actively conduct prospecting and lead generation.
Manage and utilize the prospect database for sales activities.
Conduct meetings and solution presentations to potential customers.
Manage the sales pipeline from the initial stage to closing.
Prepare commercial proposals in accordance with company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for solution validation and delivery.
Regularly update activities and pipeline in CRM.
Achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets.
