Jeeva Mandalika is seeking an experienced and passionate Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury villa property. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and strong team leadership while maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily villa operations and exceptional guest service

Lead, train, and manage villa teams

Actively drive villa marketing and occupancy performance

Collaborate with marketing, sales, OTAs, and travel partners

Create and execute on-property marketing initiatives and content support

Manage budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency

Maintain villas and facilities to luxury standards

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in villa or luxury hospitality management

Strong leadership with a commercial and marketing mindset

Proven experience supporting sales, promotions, and online channels

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Lombok
