Role Description
The Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mataram. This role requires managing daily operations, supervising and coordinating team activities to ensure smooth service delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, resolving guest inquiries, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with the resort’s high standards. The role also involves creating schedules, providing regular training, monitoring inventory, and addressing any operational challenges promptly.
Qualifications
Leadership, organizational, and team management skills to effectively oversee and support staff.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities to address operational and guest-related challenges.
Experience in hospitality management, customer service, and staff training is required.
Proficiency in inventory tracking, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks is beneficial.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to the dynamic environment of a resort.
Familiarity with hotel management systems or similar software is a plus.
Past experience in overseeing service excellence in a resort or hospitality setting will be advantageous.
