Job Overview:
The SPA Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service, and leading the spa team. This role requires a combination of managerial skills, operational expertise, and a passion for wellness and hospitality
Key Responsibilties:
Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence.
Develop and implement spa programs, promotions, and seasonal packages.
Recruit, train, and mentor spa staff to maintain high performance standards.
Schedule staff shifts and manage workforce efficiently.
Ensure all spa treatments meet quality and service standards.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic spa environment.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest experience.
Monitor and control spa budgets, revenue, and operational costs.
Analyze spa performance and prepare regular management reports.
Stay updated with industry trends, wellness techniques, and competitor offerings.
Qualification :
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa management within luxury hotels or resorts.
Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness treatments, and hospitality standards.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and operational procedures effectively.
Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or related fields is preferred.
