As our brands continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist who can own and manage our entire social media ecosystem, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across multiple Instagram accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee multiple Instagram accounts with clear content structure and brand differentiation

- Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across all brands

- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal strategy

- Ensure visual, tone, and messaging consistency across the Divino ecosystem

- Monitor performance, engagement, and growth metrics

- Stay up to date with platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes

- Collaborate closely with content creators, marketing, and operations teams

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years experience managing social media for brands or agencies

- Proven experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously

- Strong understanding of Instagram strategy, trends, and analytics

- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing brand environment

- Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and brand tone

- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a strong advantage

- Willing to be relocate to Gili Air, North Lombok
