Plan, manage, and oversee all purchasing and logistics operations for construction projects.
Develop and implement procurement and purchasing strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets.
Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including RFQ preparation, price negotiation, vendor selection, and Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
Coordinate and supervise material delivery and distribution to project sites.
Manage inventory and warehouse systems to ensure stock availability, accuracy, and proper material control.
Evaluate and monitor vendor and supplier performance regularly.
Control purchasing and logistics costs to ensure compliance with approved project budgets.
Prepare and submit purchasing, logistics, and inventory reports to management.
Coordinate closely with Project, Engineering, Quantity Surveying (QS), and Finance teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the Purchasing & Logistics team.
