PT RIMBA VENTURES LOMBOK is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage multiple residential development projects. This is a strategic role combining technical expertise, on-site leadership, and high-level project management.
The selected candidate will oversee construction execution across several projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery while coordinating contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
This is not a junior site role. We are looking for someone capable of managing complexity, making decisions, and taking ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple villa and residential construction projects simultaneously
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers
Review and validate BoQs, contracts, progress claims, and variation orders
Ensure payments are aligned strictly with contractual progress milestones
Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP execution
Identify and mitigate risks proactively
Report directly to company leadership on project performance
Drive efficiency, accountability, and professional standards across sites
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years of construction experience
Proven experience managing multiple projects
Strong understanding of structural works, foundations, and MEP systems
Experience with lump sum and progress-based contracts
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
