We Are Hiring: Sales & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
Identify new market opportunities, including corporate, leisure, wellness, and group bookings.
Create promotional campaigns and sales packages aligned with targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor positioning.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort sales and marketing.
Strong industry network with a proven track record in revenue-driven strategy execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and English proficiency.
Target-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Female candidates are preferred.
