- Proven experience in the position in upscale or boutique hotels
- Able to create shape sales strategies, strengthen FIT, Group, Offline, and Online distribution channels
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and other languages is advantage
- Proactive, target-oriented and well-groomed professional
