SALES & MARKETING (S&M) MANAGER

Job Description

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase room occupancy. Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and online platforms. Strengthen and enhance the resort’s brand presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Hotel or Resort Sales and Marketing.

Strong market network and industry connections.

Ability to create effective promotional strategies and sales packages.

Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Target-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
