Job Overview:
The Event Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting all hotel events, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and follow-up. This role works closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver outstanding experiences for clients, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events, while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilties:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
Coordinate client inquiries, proposals, and follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Schedule meetings, site inspections, and client appointments.
Support the execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless client services.
Monitor sales performance metrics and track progress against targets.
Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and event proposals.
Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Support the organization of promotional events and sales activities.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualification :
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event coordination, event sales, or hospitality sales.
Strong knowledge of event planning, operations, and client management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office, event management software, and CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Highly customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Able to work collaboratively with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
