Reservation Supervisor
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong understanding of room inventory management, rate setup, allotment, and booking channels.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support the team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry.
