Bamboo Lab Group is a dynamic group of companies operating across architecture, construction, and hospitality developments in Lombok — including restaurants, villas, beach clubs, and wellness facilities. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor (QS) to strengthen our project cost control and financial efficiency.

Job Summary:

Responsible for cost estimation, budget control, and financial monitoring of construction projects to ensure delivery within approved budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantity (BOQ).

Analyze drawings and technical specifications to calculate project costs accurately.

Conduct tender evaluations and compare vendor quotations.

Monitor project budgets and track cost variations.

Prepare progress claims and payment certifications.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement teams.

Perform site visits to verify work progress and quantities.

Support contract administration and cost reporting to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.

Strong English communication skills

Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and tendering processes.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with AutoCAD.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Experience in hospitality or commercial projects is a plus.

Willing to be based in Lombok.
