📢 WE ARE HIRING: PURCHASING (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

We are looking for a professional candidate to join our team as a Purchasing Staff (Mandarin Speaker) who will play a key role in procurement and supply chain operations, particularly in the aquaculture industry.

📌 Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage procurement of goods for aquaculture (fisheries) operations, including but not limited to blowers, industrial equipment, imported nets from China, and animal health products.

2. Coordinate with branches (Surabaya, Lombok, Lampung, etc.) to plan procurement and ensure smooth production operations

Conduct business trips to support and monitor supply chain activities across branches. 

3. Source suppliers from China and handle price comparisons and business negotiations.

4. Manage import processes, including customs clearance and logistics coordination

5. Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop new qualified suppliers (especially from China) to optimize procurement costs

📌 Qualifications:

1. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and able to use it as a working language.

2. Proven experience in purchasing; experience in import processes and customs regulations is a plus.

3. Background in aquaculture, agriculture, or industrial equipment procurement is preferred.

4. Basic understanding of blowers and animal health products is an advantage.

5. Possess a valid driver’s license and able to drive

6. Willing to travel frequently for business trips

7. Strong negotiation skills, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and capable of coordinating multi-branch operations effectively.
