WE’RE HIRING — PROJECT MANAGER

Boutique Hotel & Property Development

Location: Kuta, Lombok – Indonesia

Company: Sereno Paradise Development

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a boutique hospitality project, consisting of 7 private villas and 30 apartment units.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, structured, and comfortable working on site while coordinating multiple divisions and contractors.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture

- ⁠2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager (Residential, Apartment, Private Villa)

- ⁠Proven experience managing small to mid-scale development projects

- ⁠Able to lead and coordinate the following functions: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marketing coordination, Cost control

- ⁠Strong capability in managing, coordinating, and controlling contractor performance

- ⁠Fluent in English (active communication required)

- ⁠Willing to be based on site in Kuta, Lombok
