About the role

Sapo Developments' is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a range of construction projects in Lombok Tengah, West Nusa Tenggara. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects within the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

Manage and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety protocols and quality assurance measures

Continuously look for ways to improve processes and drive efficiencies

Collaborate with the wider business to support the overall success of Sapo Developments'

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills

Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders

Proficient in project management software and tools

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
