Odoo Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and solution-driven Odoo Specialist to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our Odoo ERP system. This role is responsible for end-to-end Odoo configuration, data management, system enhancement, and ongoing maintenance to ensure seamless business operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Odoo modules based on company operational needs (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.)

Define and implement system settings, workflows, and user access controls

Input, manage, and validate data migration and master data accuracy

Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements

Develop functional specifications for new features and enhancements

Coordinate with developers for customizations and integrations (if required)

Monitor system performance and ensure proper maintenance and updates

Troubleshoot issues and provide technical/functional support to users

Conduct user training and create SOP documentation

Ensure data security, backup processes, and system reliability

Stay updated with new Odoo releases and best practices

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with Odoo ERP (functional and/or technical)

Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business process mapping

Experience in system configuration, module setup, and data management

Ability to translate business needs into system solutions

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Experience in Python or Odoo development is a plus
