What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing and inventory management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the restaurant's staff

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality and tourism industry

Thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on improving efficiency and customer satisfaction

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders

Familiarity with applicable health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
