We are a Foreign Direct Investment Company (PT PMA) and we are looking for a Junior Site Manager / Junior Owner's Representative to support our infrastructure projects (subdivision, road and drainage works) as well as long-term real estate development projects in Lombok.

This position is ideal for fresh graduate civil engineers (Indonesian citizens) who want to gain hands-on site experience and grow step by step into a broader role.

Key Responsibilities

Regular on-site presence at project locations

Support in monitoring construction activities

Photo documentation and basic progress reporting

Detailed quality and compliance checks

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering (fresh graduates welcome)

Ability to read technical drawings

Experience with AutoCAD and/or SketchUp

Knowledge of Office applications (Word, Excel)

Valid driving licence SIM C and/or A (ability to drive a company car is a plus)

Good English communication skills
