Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lombok for an Infrastructure Supervisor. The Infrastructure Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and development of the resort's physical and technological infrastructure. Key responsibilities include managing infrastructure projects, supervising a team, ensuring effective functioning of operating systems, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications 

Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead a team effectively and oversee operations

Experience in managing Infrastructure projects and physical maintenance

Knowledge of Information Technology and Operating Systems to support technical infrastructure

Proficiency in Project Management for planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure initiatives

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work on-site in Lombok and demonstrate adaptability in a sustainable environment

Experience in eco-friendly or sustainable projects is a plus

Relevant certifications or a degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields is preferred
