NOW HIRING – HOSTEL MANAGER

Nira Hostel is looking for a motivated and responsible Manager to lead our hostel in Kuta Lombok. This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in English

Oversee daily hostel operations

Manage and supervise staff, including reception, housekeeping, and maintenance

Ensure excellent guest experience and customer service

Handle bookings and online platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb

Manage check-in and check-out procedures

Monitor cleanliness and property maintenance

Manage inventory and supplies

Handle budgeting, reports, and daily cash control

Communicate with suppliers and partners

Solve problems quickly and efficiently
