Head of Sales – Lombok (Developer-Built Villas)

Based in Lombok. Developer-side. Direct access to founders.

Samara Lombok and Rinjani Bay are entering the next phase of developer villa delivery. We are appointing a Head of Sales to drive villa sales at Samara Lombok and oversee commercial execution across both developments.

This is a senior developer-side role working directly with founders and the on-site team to build qualified pipeline, engage broker networks, convert buyers, and establish strong commercial discipline across both projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive and close developer-built villa sales at Samara Lombok

• Oversee sales execution across Samara Lombok and Rinjani Bay

• Build and manage a qualified buyer pipeline and broker network

• Lead negotiations and drive transaction completion

• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and conversion tracking

This role suits someone with proven experience selling developer villas or comparable high-value property, and who understands the full developer sales cycle from early engagement through to handover.
