Job Description:

Supervise service operations on the restaurant floor, ensure guests receive attentive and high-quality service, and support the team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school or vocational graduate in hospitality

1 to 2 years of experience as a Captain or Service Leader

Able to lead and manage a small team

Friendly, responsive, and well presented

Able to work well under pressure

Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
