📢 WE ARE HIRING – DRAFTER ARSITEKTUR
📍 Placement: Bali & Lombok | Full-Time / Project-Based
PT Kakajaya Indonusa Konstruksi is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our growing team for villa and residential projects.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare architectural working drawings (Denah, Tampak, Potongan, Detail)
• Develop detailed drawings for construction execution
• Coordinate drawings with structural and MEP teams
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and project needs
• Assist architect in project documentation
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum D3/S1 Architecture
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Architectural Drafter
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Understand construction details and working drawings
• Possess valid SIM A or SIM C
• Ready to work in a team and individually
• Willing to be placed in Bali or Lombok
⭐ Nilai Plus:
• Able to operate SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape
• Experience in villa or residential projects
• Able to create 3D modeling and simple rendering
• Good communication skills
