Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lombok for a Cook at Divino Gili Air. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals as per the menu, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. The role also includes assisting with ingredient preparation, coordinating with the team to ensure timely food delivery, and contributing to menu innovation and quality improvement. The Cook may also assist in managing food inventory and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

Strong culinary skills, including meal preparation, cooking techniques, and plating.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as experience in kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Experience handling brunch menus is an advantage.

have experience handle Vegan/ plant-based menus will be plus.

Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and perform well under pressure.

Time management skills to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.

Creativity and a passion for improving and innovating menu items.

Previous experience as a cook or in a restaurant setting is preferred.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
