Qualifications:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in Training, Learning & Development, or Quality Assurance.

Strong understanding of luxury service standards and hospitality operations.

Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, as well as conduct service quality audits.

Detail-oriented, service-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.

Willing to travel and work flexibly to support resort operations.
