General Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5-star hotel
Minimum education background: Diploma in a related major for all positions
Familiarity with pre-opening properties, especially lifestyle hotels, will be an advantage (for West Nusa Tenggara area positions)
Fluent in English for all positions
Fluent in Mandarin and familiar with Chinese social media platforms for Front Office staff and Corporate Social Media Specialist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
